Greensboro Realtor, Kevin Currie, is an experienced Real Estate Agent, and grew up as the son of a Licensed General Contractor. While attending UNCG, Kevin got into real estate with the opportunity to work at Re/Max in Greensboro. Kevin was responsible for general brokerage activities developing computer-based marketing systems and web based advertising.
After reaching the 100% Club within his first year, Kevin was offered an agent position with Re/Max Professionals in Oak Ridge. He quickly became a Listing Partner in a Top 10 Re/Max Carolinas Region Team. It was during the four years in Oak Ridge that Kevin decided there was a better way to do real estate... and today he is doing just that.
An Idea Comes to Life…
Kevin began Currie Realty, Inc. in 2008 with a strong commitment of customer service, efficiency and effectiveness in marketing. At the top of his list was developing new ways to save his clients money. Over the years, Kevin had seen many different areas he felt were in need of improvement, and knew he could change the way things worked.
Kevin decided to create a company that would surpass the expectations of a real estate broker. According to Kevin's clients, that is exactly what he has done. Kevin does real estate the way it was intended, and enjoys working with each and every client. Handing a first time buyer their keys and bringing a contract to an anxious seller after only days on market are the things that keep him motivated.
Who is Kevin Currie? On the rare occasions he stops working, Kevin enjoys fishing, traveling and spending time with his family. He also enjoys scuba diving, skiing and an occasional round of golf, and over the last few years Kevin found a new passion: sailing. Kevin met his wife Kerrie while working at Re/Max. The in-house-lender at the time, Kerrie is originally from Pennsylvania but grew up in Charlotte. Kevin and Kerrie were married in May, 2005, and became proud parents to Conlee in 2010, adding Croix to the mix in late 2012. Kevin is a true family man who understands the importance of finding his clients the perfect home.
